Félicitation vous avez enfin acquis le terrain dont vous rêvez. Mais pour commencer les travaux de construction
il faut déposer une demande accompagnée des pièces requises auprès de la commune locale dont dépend le projet
de construction.
Une commission spécialisée se charge d'étudier cette demande dans un délai maximum de 8 jours à compter de sa date de dépôt, et ce, avant d'exprimer son acceptation et délivrer l'autorisation qui sera transmise à l'adresse personnelle de son demandeur. A l'issue de cette étape, le concerné doit payer la taxe requise et précisée par la commune.
La commission citée peut accepter la demande avec certaines réservations. Dans ce cas, la réponse d'acceptation est transmise au concerné, en l'obligeant de s'attacher aux remarques mentionnées par la commission à propos du dossier. Ladite commission contrôle au cours et après l'achèvement des travaux de construction, en vue de s'assurer de l'engagement du concerné vis à vis des remarques.
Si c'est l'architecte qui a pris en charge l'administration des travaux de construction, on peut se contenter de son témoignage lors de l'inspection.
La commission peut refuser la délivrance de l'autorisation de construction après avoir étudié le dossier. Dans ce cas la décision du refus justifié est délivrée au concerné dans un délai ne dépassant pas les 48 heures.
Le concerné peut dans ce cas représenter sa demande de nouveau, après avoir modifié le projet conformément aux remarques de l'administration.
Après avoir terminé les travaux de construction, le concerné doit déclarer ceci, et présenter une demande auprès du service des plans de la commune ou de l'arrondissement, et ce, en vue d'obtenir l'autorisation d'habitation.
L'autorisation est délivrée par le président du conseil de la commune ou le président du conseilde l'arrondissement, et ce, après avoir vérifié que les travaux ont été réalisés conformément à ce qui a été ordonné.
